My Final Message To PartyLite RVP's and Leaders

After 12 wonderful years at PartyLite, I will be leaving my assignment as your President of PartyLite Worldwide this month. As some of you already know, family obligations will increasingly require my attention in Spain.

At the same time, opportunities have arisen that are right for this stage in my life. When I approached Bob Goergen about this change, he was very understanding, and he has helped me make this transition.

I want to thank Bob for entrusting PartyLite Worldwide to me for the last almost five years, for his guidance and for mentoring me along the way. He has been a fine and constant teacher. Bob has generously asked me to continue my association with Blyth as I serve as Vice Chair of the U.S. Direct Selling Association.

The best succession plan that could have been planned for PartyLite is the one that Bob has developed and just announced. Rob Goergen has been very involved with me and the business unit leaders throughout the PartyLite world for several years. No one knows the opportunities and challenges of PartyLite better than Rob, and I know he is completely dedicated to your success.

I will always remember fondly my time at PartyLite. I have thoroughly enjoyed your company, sharing your personal and professional ups, downs and triumphs. You know I wish you all the best, in the best of company. In this world of social media, I will enjoy watching your continued success as one of your greatest fans.
